Job Description

• The automation developer is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of bot creation, implementation and maintenance using diverse automation tools and scripts, applying and integrating AI/GenAI technologies into business cases.
• This role involves utilizing various technologies and techniques to automate business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce human error.
• The automation developer works closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, design/develop solutions, conduct function and integration testing, deploy systems, document processes and ensure ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or above) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to development (e.g., Python, Java).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure Pipelines, etc.), knowledge in OpenShift is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to document technical solutions clearly.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies.
• Full stack software engineering capability including frontend and backend is preferred.
• Knowledge in automation tools and frameworks (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Selenium, etc.) is preferred.
• Knowledge/experiences in LLMs (esp. prompting) is preferred.
• Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English.
