      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide onboarding to new accounts through virtual meetings, demonstrating account configuration and maximizing solution value
      - Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams for smooth customer transitions
      - Conduct discovery sessions to confirm customer priorities and address onboarding concerns
      - Troubleshoot product or workflow issues to enhance customer satisfaction during onboarding
      - Gather feedback during the onboarding process and document notes and tasks in the CRM

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Sales Engineering, or Technical Sales
      - Experience providing training or product demonstrations to clients
      - Exposure to SaaS, UCaaS, Digital Marketing, or similar technical solutions
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to establish rapport and influence customers via email, video, or phone

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as an SDR, AE, AM, or in Customer Success
      - Onboarding experience with complex or franchise solutions
      - Familiarity with HubSpot, Fullstory, and JIRA
      - Knowledge of business processes and stakeholders
      - Previous exposure to field service businesses
