      At Siemens Digital Industries Software, you have an opportunity to play a key role in reshaping our business with new Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. We are investing in technology, expertise, and processes to accelerate this transformation. We are looking for a program / project manager to inspire change, implement, and achieve our goals for an enterprise level SaaS transformation.

      What You’ll Do:
      • Project Management Essentials: Scope Definition, Deliverables Definition, Stakeholder Management, Timeline Management, Risk Management, Issue resolution, Project reporting
      • Work across the organization on multiple projects related to the SaaS transformation
      • Work across multiple organizations to ensure that end to end processes are well documented and supervised
      • Identify gaps in the strategy and implement plans to address gaps
      • Work on targeted communication strategy, tactics, and execution to ensure the organization is always up to date of status of the transformation
      • Measure project performance by creating, developing, and managing dashboards that show status for key strategic initiatives
      • Be a change management agent who promotes, advocates, and reinforces the need for the transformation
      Who You are:
      • Execution Focused - Can structure, manage, and implement complex projects with high level of upfront ambiguity and multiple dependencies to deliver projects on time and with the desired results
      • Collaboration Driven - Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization to ensure there is alignment, communication, and agreement with key partners and ability to influence without authority
      • Change Agent – You thrive leading through change
      • Self-Directed – Strong time management capability and interpersonal skills to escalate items as needed
      What You’ll Need to Succeed:
      • Have 5+ years in Program / Project Management experience
      • Have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science (Bachelors or equivalent required); Program Management certification is a plus but not required
      • Exhibit clear and effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
      • Have a strong understanding of Software as a Service business - SaaS
      Location: Atlanta/East coast preferred, United States of America; Remote

      The salary range for this position is $76,500 to $137,700 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
