What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and drive revenue growth
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to securing deals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience, 7-10 years, as a SaaS Sales Manager or similar role in Insurtech
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and market dynamics
- Strong understanding of life insurance agency operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to drive performance
