      The practitioner playing SPC role is expected to Coach and Implement Transformation using SAFe Framework. In addition, the candidate is expected to have project/program management experience. This role will consist of activities required to champion change at a Line of Business or Organization level and would require following skills and competencies:

      Roles and Responsibilities

      Partner with Global Transformation Office/LACE team for transformation engagements

      ART launch ceremonies, value stream mapping, value stream analysis

      Creating Agile Maturity assessments and guidelines, frameworks to support teams

      Mapping OKRs/ Organization goals to Execution at Portfolio, ART and Team Levels

      Execution of Kaizens in ART release for efficiency improvement

      Setting up Centers of Practice for Agile roles

      Working with Leadership to establish Lean Portfolio Management group

      Coaching agile teams by assessing Agility Maturity and enable them to continuously improve

      Conducting Big room trainings, brainstorming session and various SAFe Workshops like Inspect & Adapt, Stakeholder identification, QMS alignment etc.

      Mentoring and Coaching RTEs, scrum masters, product owners on agile principles, PI planning, and agile ways of working

      Define Governance, release strategy and change management

      Stakeholder management, influencing and running project governance, change management and benefits realization.

      · Total 10 to 16 years’ work experience of which 4 to 5 years has been specifically on SAFe transformation

      · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from reputed institutions

      · SPC (SAFe® Practice Consultant 6.0) active certification is a must

      · SAFe – LPM certification is good to have

      · Should possess SAFe Implementation experience at an Enterprise level for at least 3 to 4 PIs consecutively

      · Should have led / played significant role in end-to-end Agile transformation programs

      · Expertise in Scrum and Kanban is mandatory. And experience in LeSS or Scrum@Scale or other frameworks are preferred.

      · Experience in Automotive/ Auto-ancillary industry is preferred

      · Coaching skills at different levels of the Organizations (Portfolio, ART and Teams) and Leadership

      · Working Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Power BI reports.

      · Excellent Power point and Excel skills.

      · Expertise in Scrum and Kanban is mandatory. And experience in LeSS or Scrum@Scale or other frameworks are preferred.

      · Experience in Automotive/ Auto-ancillary industry is preferred

      · Coaching skills at different levels of the Organizations (Portfolio, ART and Teams)

      · Working Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Power BI reports.

      · Excellent Power point and Excel skills is must

      · Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal
