      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee SAFE-T System clinical telehealth operations, including recruitment, training, and quality assurance
      - Manage projects, set goals, and ensure timely achievement of program objectives and grant deliverables
      - Supervise and mentor teleSANE team members and ensure compliance with training and certification requirements
      - Establish and nurture relationships with hospital partners and communicate effectively with stakeholders
      - Participate as an active member of the SAFE-T TeleSANE Team, providing mentorship during examinations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a licensed Registered or Advanced Practice Nurse with 3+ years of related experience
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
      - Expert-level clinical knowledge in Sexual Assault Forensic Examinations, with IAFN board certification (SANE-A)
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
      - Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
      - Experience collaborating with healthcare providers and hospital administrators
      - Pediatric sexual assault experience or IAFN SANE-P certification
