- Great attention to detail and accuracy. Can work under pressure at times and effective at working to deadlines.
- Competent user of Microsoft Windows / Office Word, Email and Calendar applications, Microsoft Excel. Experience of audio typing and/or note taking.
- Knowledge of the NHS and Ambulance Service

Job summary
The Trust is looking to appoint an individual to support the Safety team to provide comprehensive administrative services to the Health, Safety & Security Team and safety leads as required. This will involve working closely with the safety team to support compliance with all internal and external requirements. Flexibility is offered through a mix of working at our Melbourn office as well as working from home.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be required to provide high quality, responsive assistance with internal and external agencies and other organisations. They will also perform a range of specific tasks in relation to the administration and co-ordination of safety tasks and investigations tasks and functions, ensuring policies and procedures are followed in accordance with the relevant legislation and associated guidance.
