      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive positive sales growth for the Personal Safety business in an assigned territory
      - Deliver training and education to customers and end users to maximize product effectiveness
      - Prioritize end customers, markets, and distributors for effective territory management
      - Collaborate with Territory, Marketing, and Technical teams on market research and promotional initiatives
      - Provide solutions to challenging issues within a dynamic environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
      - Current, valid Driver’s License
      - Minimum of three (3) years of safety/industrial experience in a relevant environment
      - Exceptional organizational skills with effective written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to qualify and prioritize sales opportunities within the assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Post-Secondary Education or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
      - Channel or manufacturer sales experience
      - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
      - Experience working in a matrix environment or large complex organization
      - Proficient in database management and software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Salesforce.com
