What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Safety Specialists and the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to enhance company health and safety programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide technical support to field employees
- Develop and deliver safety training programs tailored to the wireless tower industry
- Monitor and review safety practices, incident reports, and subcontractor safety performance
- Promote health and safety awareness through communication and training initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety or the Cell Tower Industry
- Working knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, and workers' compensation regulations
- Demonstrated experience in safety training and implementing safety initiatives
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and DOT medical certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or Safety Management Specialist (SMS) certification
- Forklift trainer certification and First Aid/CPR trainer certification
- Experience presenting training material and leading project groups
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working at height (Wireless towers)
