- Provide high-quality medical care to the practice population in line with primary care contracts.
- Manage long-term conditions, acute presentations, and preventative healthcare services.
- Prescribe medication in accordance with national and local guidelines.
- Undertake telephone triage and duty doctor roles on a rotational basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Process referrals, prescription requests, and other administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to best practices, clinical guidelines, and audit recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the wider practice team, sharing workload fairly.

Job summary
Lawrence Hill Health Centre is a vibrant inner-city practice based in a purpose-built modern building with a beautiful large garden. As a clinical team we are passionate about the care of our patients who come from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds and we work collaboratively to strive for tangible and lasting improvements to their health.
Main duties of the job
5-6 sessions per week.
Duty doctor on a rotational basis.
Weekly supportive clinical meetings.
Minimal administration established document flow protocol, admin buddy system for absence.
Limited number of visits, all of which replace appointments within regular sessions.
