Job summary
We are a large, dynamic
and forward thinking GP practice with 28,000 patients looking for a GP to join our team (4 6 sessions per week)
Providing great patient care remains at the heart of everything we do at Hart Health Partnership. We endeavour to increase the skill mix within our GP Practice and encourage a team-based approach. To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the contract.
Furthermore, the post holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
