Job summary
GP Partnership or Salaried Opportunity on the South Coast Ball Tree Surgery, Sompting, Sussex.
To start from August 2025 - though flexibility in either direction for the right candidate
Up to 12 sessions available.
This is due to a team member moving to Suffolk, another retiring and a growing list size.
Option of flexible sessions to enable later starts and extended hours sessions.
Located between Brighton, Worthing, the Sea and the South Downs, it is a perfect playground for all ages.

Main duties of the job
We have a mix of sessions that all our GPs take a fair share in doing. Duty sessions - in with the reception team reviewing the calls that come in and sign posting, speaking to, seeing patients where clinically needed.
Routine clinics- pre-booked appointments.
Paperwork session - reviewing and reading letters and results that come in.
There is a mix of telephone, face to face and online appointments.

We currently have a great team of 15 GPs working a mix of sessions across the working week as well as extended hours on a Saturday and evenings.
They are supported clinically by Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Paramedic, nurses, HCAs, pharmacists, Pharmacy technicians and Physios.There is a large, friendly, non clinical team of receptionists, secretaries, administrators supported by a strong management team.
We are located over 2 sites within Lancing and work closely with our PCN colleagues at the 2 other practices in the area.
