      Job summary

      Ravenscroft Medical Centre is in the heart of Golders Greens serving a dynamic multicultural population of 6000 patients. We are looking for a Salaried GP who may be interested in a Partnership long term.

      Our clinical team consist of 5 GPs, 1 ACP, 1 Practice Nurse with the support of our inhouse pharmacist and other PCN clinical staff.

      We are looking for a GP to be apart of our team who is passionate, motivated, and willing to adapt to our modern general practice ethos.

      Main duties of the job

      The following are the core responsibilities of the Salaried GP. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels:

      • GP administration inclusive of referrals, Task, Docman, Scripts.
      • Rotational Duty Doctor (please note this is not a traditional duty doctor system and will be discussed at interview level).
      • Supporting with KPI's of the practice inclusive of QOF, LTC and other LCS when required.

      Ravenscroft is a medium sized practice, looking after patients from multicultural backgrounds.

      Our practice works along side our PCN with supporting clinical services across the southwest of Barnet.

      We are a close working team and need a GP to add to our diverse team who have been with the practice for more than 20 year +.

      Job description

      Job responsibilities

      To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the PMS contract.

      Furthermore, the post holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.

      • Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent JCPTGP.
      • General Practitioner (Certificate of Completion of Training CCT)

      Desirable

      • Qualified to Level 1 Joint Injections
      • Qualified in LARC
