What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic support to consumers experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues
- Build rapport and engage clients during calls
- Assess risk and manage documentation while on calls
- Offer resources and information needed for clients
- Develop safety plans and identify positive coping strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- MSW, PsyD, or PhD in a behavioral health field, or an M.A. or M.S. in behavioral health with a clinical practice emphasis from an accredited program
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state licensing board requirements
- Must reside in Oregon and hold at least one of the following licenses: LPC Associate, CSWA, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free private office space for remote work
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in crisis intervention or mental health support
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in remote work settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency
