      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive new business development by effectively communicating the platform's value to business owners and executives
      - Sell digital marketing solutions to home service clients, focusing on specific verticals such as roofing, HVAC, and plumbing
      - Conduct discovery calls and customized demos to present tailored solutions to prospective clients
      - Consistently exceed monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets and close deals using a solution-based sales approach
      - Build strong relationships with new contacts to ensure client satisfaction and drive business success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience, specifically in digital marketing solutions for the Home Service industry
      - Proven track record of independently managing and closing new client relationships while achieving over $5,000 in MRR
      - Strong communication skills to articulate how services impact clients' performance metrics
      - Proficiency in Salesforce, Seismic, Chili Piper, Spiff, CanIRank, and Zoom
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous promotion to a current selling role from a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role
      - A passion for customer success and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
      - Experience staying updated on industry trends and technology
