      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve budgeted sales goals
      - Utilize Salesforce.com to track and convert sales opportunities, and generate new business
      - Foster strong relationships with builders, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
      - Prepare bids, job change orders, and professional sales presentations to secure contracts
      - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
      - Strong understanding of blueprints related to builders' floor plans is preferred
      - Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
      - Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of success in outside sales within the single-family builder market
      - Experience with design software and tools related to home building
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
