What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Identify and engage with prospective customers to develop new business leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Create and execute account plans that align with sales targets and customer objectives
- Maintain operational oversight of accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and tracking performance metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with technology partners to drive joint go-to-market strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets focused on customer retention and new business development
- Strong operational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
