      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize the national sales model to generate leads and enroll beneficiaries into the Medicare plan
      - Develop and manage account-specific strategies to engage facility personnel and families
      - Employ traditional sales strategies to identify needs and promote plan features and benefits
      - Achieve enrollment targets established for the designated territory
      - Document all activities to ensure compliance with Medicare Marketing Guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Appropriate state health insurance licensure within 90 days of hire or ability to obtain
      - Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals
      - Sales experience in a B2C or B2B setting or in a skilled nursing facility
      - Valid state driver's license or ability to arrange transportation in the field
      - Demonstrated account management skills, including planning and documentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments
      - Familiarity with CRM systems or technical skills in sales tools
