- Welcome and service groups on game days while providing exceptional guest experience to our fans.
- Execute Toronto Marlies Group Sales Activations before, during, or after games.
- Lead Toronto Marlies Pre-Ice rentals for various groups (Minor Hockey Teams, Schools, Corporate Groups etc.)
- Coordinate Groups of 50 children or more participating in our in-game fan experiences.
- Score keep games during ice rental exhibition matches – no training required.
- Assist with the set up and tear down of sales activations (signage, kiosks).
- Communicate with the Toronto Marlies Game Operations Team ahead of and during games.
- Assist the Toronto Marlies sales team during off-site events.
- Provide administrative and tactical support to the Toronto Marlies sales team on game days.
- Communicate positively and professionally with all MLSE staff and fans.
- Opportunity to support TFC, Argos and Raptors 905 teams.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to build a career in the sports business.
- A positive, team first approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 - 25 Toronto Marlies home games.
- Must be flexible to work weekend shifts and evening shifts.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Able to take direction and show initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.

Job Description
Your passion for sport and fan engagement will allow you to be a contributor within the Ticket Sales and Service team, positioning MLSE as leaders within sport and entertainment.
As a valuable member of the Sales Activation Team, the Sales Activation Coordinator will be responsible for group sales execution and delivery of championship service of our Toronto Marlies Fan Experience Activations. In coordination with Game Operations and Sales, you will be leading and executing the game day sales fan experiences throughout the Marlies season.
