What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply professional sales techniques in promoting and selling cruises and Cruise Tours
- Provide superior customer service, answer questions, and address concerns
- Assist with resolution of problems on reservations in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management
- Adhere to department Quality Assurance guidelines for customer contacts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume call center is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer business applications and reservations systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computerized reservations systems
