      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize professional sales techniques to promote and sell cruises and cruise tours to direct consumers and Travel Advisors
      - Provide superior customer service by addressing questions and concerns related to reservations and company products
      - Assist with resolving reservation issues in a courteous and timely manner
      - Document customer interactions accurately and communicate effectively with stakeholders
      - Work independently to meet sales and performance metrics while adhering to departmental guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
      - Experience in the travel and hospitality industry preferred
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
      - Ability to convert customer inquiries into sales
      - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and basic computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a high-volume call center
      - Knowledge of computerized reservation systems
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
