What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers regarding personal line auto and home insurance policies
- Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
- Prepare and bind quotes through our carrier partners
- Effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate customer purchases
- Engage in high-energy conversations with customers to find policies that best fit their needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in an insurance-related role
- Familiarity with personal lines insurance products
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets or quotas
- Experience in a remote work environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
