What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide consultative telephone and email support to travel agents and direct guests in a knowledgeable and professional manner
- Offer additional services and options to increase revenue
- Assist in resolving problems for travel agents and consumers by coordinating with various departments
- Maintain knowledge of new products, promotions, and policies related to the booking process
- Attend to post-sale administrative needs for bookings, managing guest profiles to ensure satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and resolve problems
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry
- Experience working in a high-volume call center
- Proven sales ability and flexibility in work hours
