What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and design optimal sales territory structures for the sales team
- Evaluate territory performance and recommend adjustments for efficiency
- Develop and refine agency segmentation frameworks to prioritize agencies
- Create actionable insights through sophisticated reporting and dashboards
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and data/IT teams to enhance data quality and tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in sales analytics or business intelligence, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating complex data
- Strong understanding of sales territory design and agency segmentation strategies
