      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Business Development to meet customer needs, including purchase order management and product development
      - Gather relevant information from division-level teammates to enhance customer relationships
      - Support and monitor critical milestones in the new product implementation timeline
      - Address customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
      - Serve as a liaison between the employer and its customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
      - 1-3 years of related experience required
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP/MRP systems strongly desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Management or Marketing
      - Project management experience and relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, CAPM)
      - Experience in the nutritional supplement industry or contract manufacturing
