      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence
      - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with OEMs and automotive-related customers
      - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
      - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
      - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field
      - Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience within the automotive industry, focusing on OEM customers
      - Experience in a service provider environment, ideally in engineering services, on either the sales or technical side
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share
      - Strong understanding of the automotive market and industry dynamics
