What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with OEMs and other automotive-related customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any technical field
- Five (5) plus years of sales experience within the automotive industry, focusing on OEM customers
- Work experience within a service provider, ideally in engineering service companies, on either the sales or technical side
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share
- Strong understanding of the automotive market and industry dynamics

- Exposure to team management, including selection, assessment, and monitoring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel locally/within the U.S. as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
