      Do you have an interest in marketing strategy and possess strong organizational skills? This position is a key member of our sales team, working with Lamar account executives and customers to build innovative outdoor advertising campaigns that deliver results. Our Lamar office in De Pere, Wisconsin is now hiring a new sales team member to help us bring effective outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Green Bay, WI and the surrounding areas.

      The purpose of the Sales & Campaign Coordinator is to perform all sales administrative functions occurring both before and after the contract phase of the sales cycle. This includes: prospecting new customer leads for the sales team, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and coordinating the execution of advertising campaigns sold by the sales team. In addition, there may be other tasks assigned by Account Executives, the Sales Manager, and/or General Manager.

      Education and experience:

      • A current and valid driver's license is required
      • Bachelor’s degree preferred
      • 2 years of related experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or administrative roles
      • Experience in data management and Gmail preferred
      • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

      A day in the life:

      Prior to Contract Phase:

      • Prospecting new customer leads for the sales team
      • Preparing sales presentations and proposals
      • Providing accurate product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests
      • Coordinating and entering requests for charting (our billboard inventory management!)
      • Coordinating and entering requests for conceptual (sample) art for the sales team
      • Maintaining customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates
      • Tracking sales expenses by consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses and submitting them for reimbursement
      • Participating in educational opportunities to maintain and grow your skills!

      After Contract:

      • Coordinating and monitoring the ongoing activities related to advertising campaigns to ensure seamless campaign execution while delivering excellent customer service
      • Informing Account Executives and customers about the current status of advertising campaigns
      • Coordinating the campaign progress and delivering the ad installation and proof of performance information to our customers
      • Obtaining approval from the client on artwork
      • Coordinating and communicating ad locations in “to be determined” situations
      • Resolving problems during the campaign by investigating, identifying solutions, and notifying the sales team, managers, and customers

      Physical demands and work environment:

      • The work environment is an office environment.
      • The physical demands for this position include light lifting, seeing (with a focus on reading, color distinction, acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision), sitting less than 50% of the time, standing, talking, turning, and walking.
      • Nights spent away from home traveling are less than 10%.
