What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the initial contact for potential clients, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and valued
- Conduct detailed interviews to accurately assess potential cases and eligibility for representation
- Clearly articulate legal services offered and explain subsequent steps to prospective clients
- Proactively follow up with potential clients to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in our database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven sales or client service experience with a track record of building relationships and trust
- Outstanding attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM and database software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in customer service, legal intake, or sales is preferred
- Bilingual capabilities are highly valued
