      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound sales and customer service inquiries, answering calls promptly and professionally
      - Enter guest information and orders accurately into reservation systems
      - Maximize sales conversions and upsell enhancement packages
      - Assist with Omnichannel platforms, including Chat, SMS, and Email as needed
      - Resolve guest issues using strong service skills while adhering to company objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a current college student at the Sophomore level or above
      - Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience preferred; call center/reservation experience is a plus
      - Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual candidates are a plus
      - Experience working in high-stress situations calmly and effectively
