      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound sales and customer service calls, utilizing provided scripts to explain products and pricing
      - Accurately enter guest information and process orders in reservation systems
      - Convert calls to sales and upsell enhancement packages
      - Assist customers via Omnichannel platforms, including Chat, SMS, and Email
      - Resolve guest issues using strong service skills and adhere to company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a current college student at the Sophomore level or above
      - One (1) year of customer service experience preferred; call center or reservation experience is a plus
      - Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual skills are a plus
      - Experience in a high-stress customer service environment
