What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound sales and customer service calls, utilizing company scripts and sales skills
- Accurately enter guest information and process orders within reservation systems
- Maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling products
- Assist with customer inquiries through various communication channels, including chat, SMS, and email
- Maintain accountability for timekeeping and performance metrics as defined by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current college student at Sophomore level or above
- One (1) year of customer service experience preferred; call center/reservation experience is a plus
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigation through multiple systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Previous experience in a call center or reservation environment
