What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and understood

- Schedule services, greet clients, and manage phone calls and emails to support clinic flow
- Assist in growing and retaining a client base through in-person and electronic outreach

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, excellent math and computer skills, and ability to multitask
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with guests
- General knowledge of massage and skin care services, supporting total body care

- Experience in a similar role within the wellness or beauty industry
- Familiarity with customer service best practices
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
