What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales and adoption by identifying prospects, delivering engaging product demos, managing pilots, and converting schools to long-term partners
- Facilitate professional development sessions (both in-person and virtual) to help educators integrate the employer's platform into their curriculum
- Guide teachers in using student data and learning analytics to personalize instruction and inform their teaching
- Manage relationships with schools and district leaders, serving as a trusted partner throughout the sales and implementation process
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the employer’s Customer Success, Product, and Curriculum teams to ensure high-quality delivery and feedback integration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current or former educator with 2+ years of classroom teaching experience (math preferred, grades 6–12 ideal)
- Passionate about supporting educators and improving math instruction through the use of technology, coaching, and collaboration
- Skilled in facilitating professional development or coaching sessions for teachers—virtually and/or in-person
- Comfortable analyzing student performance data and guiding educators in using data to drive instructional decisions
- Strong in communication, organization, time management, and self-direction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using the employer's platform in a classroom or district setting
- Experience in EdTech Sales
- Familiarity with the 2023 Virginia Standards of Learning for Mathematics (SOLs) and curriculum alignment for grades 6–12
- Experience supporting school- or district-level EdTech implementations
- Background in supporting diverse learners, including multilingual students, students with disabilities, or advanced academic populations
