What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify and connect with potential clients through research and outreach
- Manage workflows in HubSpot for efficient lead management and tracking
- Draft proposals and respond to RFPs while assisting with client pitches
- Participate in sales calls to discuss the agency's offerings and build client relationships
- Assist in managing the agency's social media and content marketing initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling sales materials
- Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and project management software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in or familiarity with the hospitality industry
- Basic understanding of content marketing strategies, including video and email marketing
- Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns
- Graphic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Strong familiarity and experience with HubSpot; certification in HubSpot Marketing is a major plus
