      Job Description:
      We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role provides a unique opportunity for an individual eager to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and marketing, including brand strategy, content creation, advertising/design, digital marketing, outbound sales, and marketing operations.

      As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing Strategy. This role offers exposure to how a small business drives growth through strategic outbound efforts and top-of-funnel marketing initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and build a marketing career while making an immediate impact.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Social Media & Content Development:
      • Collaborate on creating engaging content for LinkedIn and other social platforms using tools like Canva.
      • Manage and maintain the LinkedIn editorial calendar, schedule posts, and track performance metrics.
      • Analyze social media data and contribute ideas to optimize engagement.

      Podcast Production & Promotion:
      • Assist in publishing and promoting the company's monthly podcast across various channels.
      • Create promotional materials such as audiograms and social media posts to enhance podcast visibility.

      Campaign Operations & Outbound Marketing:
      • Support the setup, distribution, and tracking of personalized outbound campaigns for key prospects.
      • Assist with email nurture campaigns, ensuring alignment with branding and strategic goals.

      Brand Strategy & Marketing Operations:
      • Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company's brand presence and improve marketing operations.
      • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and growth strategies.
      • Assist in refining marketing workflows, tools, and reporting processes.

      General Support & Flexibility:
      • Provide support for ad hoc projects, reflecting the adaptability required in a startup environment.
      • Approach challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow.

      What We're Looking For:
      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
      • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or similar role.
      • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools; moderate design skills are required.
      • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn as a professional B2B branding and engagement platform.
      • Interest in podcast production and promotion; prior experience is a plus.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
      • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience.
