- Support Sales Team: Communicate with customers on behalf of traveling sales team members, manage and update commercial databases, and become a super user of CRM systems such as HubSpot, IndustrialInfo, ConstructConnect/Dodge, Klenty, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Sales Insights: Proactively identify and report potential sales trends and insights, develop and monitor performance indicators, and support sales leadership with regular and ad hoc analysis and reports.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis, build customer and competitor profiles, and monitor new market developments.
- Customer Engagement: Work with the sales team to build and maintain customer data, coordinate customer responses with technical and commercial teams, and support lead generation activities.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to projects, capable of independent action, and a strong decision-maker.
- Customer Focus: Ability to listen and identify customer needs, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and provide superior customer experiences.
- Professionalism: High work ethic, punctuality, respect for stakeholders, and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

As a Sales Operations and CRM Support Specialist for our TempRite business, you'll communicate with customers and our sales team in the field, manage databases, and master CRM tools like HubSpot. You'll spot sales trends, provide important insights, and conduct market analysis to keep us ahead of the competition. Your role will also involve building strong customer relationships, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting lead generation.
