      ABOUT FAULTLESS BRANDS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS

Faultless has been servicing all aspects of the Commercial Laundry industry since 1964, to include a full line of wet clean and on-premise laundry solutions. We specialize in athletic laundry and unique chemistry for commercial linen as well as sustainable, efficient chemistry for hospitality, healthcare, and correctional.
      JOB SUMMARY
      Faultless Brands Commercial Product Division is seeking an experienced Sales and Service Representative in our San Antonio, TX territory. The Sales and Service Representative conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. This individual works with both customers and distributor sales reps. They learn how to install, maintain, and repair equipment that administers liquid laundry products.
      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Develop, manage, and grow Distributor sales, product, and customer needs in existing territory.
      • Working knowledge of full product line, product synergies, and laundry chemistry.
      • Work directly with Distributor Sales reps on sales, product, and customer needs.
      • Work directly with end-use customers to adapt product mix to specific needs.
      • Apply mechanical aptitude to repair, perform preventative maintenance, and install pump equipment to administer liquid products into customer’s washing machines.
      • Program commercial washers to insure maximum performance with product mix.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications


      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
      • Minimum 3 years selling experience; preferably in selling, servicing, and installing laundry and housekeeping products.
      • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment.
      • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
      • Must be available for occasional after-hours emergency calls.
      • Technically and mechanically proficient.
      • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
      • This position typically requires local travel with some overnight travel.
      • Has a “whatever it takes” attitude.
      • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
      PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
      • Physical Demands: Ability to move around laundry and housekeeping areas. Lift up to 50 pounds. Regular phone and email use.
      • Cognitive/Mental Requirements: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze information and make decisions. Basic math skills required.
      • Work Environment: Position may involve working from home, traveling, or working on-site at customer locations.
