What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process sales orders and respond to customer inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Update and maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices
- Provide technical support during the installation and servicing of security system technologies
- Assist in managing internal operational processes related to security solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance service delivery and customer engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver's license required
- Proven experience installing and maintaining security systems, including video surveillance and alarms
- Experience in basic networking, including Ethernet cable installation and management of networking layers
- Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background screening and drug test
- Related technical certifications are preferred but not required
