What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound cold calls to inform members about their benefits and assist them in scheduling medical appointments
- Handle inbound calls to educate members on their benefits and provide guidance with appointment scheduling
- Assist in coordinating care across various settings while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Update systems to document member engagement and relay feedback internally to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments and insurance companies to address customer inquiries related to benefits and billing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or higher education
- At least 3+ years of customer service or sales experience
- Must be comfortable making outbound cold calls to schedule medical appointments
- Strong customer-centric focus with excellent communication skills
- Ability to express empathy and compassion for customer challenges

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of care coordination and case management concepts
- Bilingual language skills preferred (English-Spanish or other)
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- Strong time management and task management skills
