What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings as directed by the manager
- Maintain document mailing/conversation logs in the Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Split and stack loan documents and provide overflow document drawing support as needed
- Perform various PTF functions including Verification of Employment (VOE), Verification of Mortgage (VOM), and Verification of Deposit (VOD)
- Handle departmental filing and other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one to two years of operations and drawing loan documents experience or comparable experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and business relationship skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standing
- Technologically proficient in relevant systems and software
