      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial connection for customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
      - Achieve outbound call targets and manage customer relationships through pipeline management
      - Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets by identifying and closing sales opportunities
      - Communicate Medicaid eligibility guidelines and provide personalized support to customers
      - Follow up with customers to educate and transition them toward Medicaid planning services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
      - Strong ability to sell products over the phone and close deals without in-person meetings
      - Consistent track record of quota achievement
      - Impeccable communication skills
      - Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree preferred, but not required
      - Remote working experience preferred
      - Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction
      - Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to improve lead conversion
      - Experience in the eldercare or Medicaid planning field
