      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the RSD and EAMs in planning, coordinating, and executing sales activities
      - Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
      - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details in the CRM system
      - Support EAMs in conducting market research and competitor analysis
      - Gather and organize feedback from customers to share with the sales and product development teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA in business, healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience required
      - 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in the healthcare or medical device industry
      - Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating reports and managing schedules
      - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar) to manage accounts and track sales activities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics sectors of the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with supporting field sales teams, including scheduling and organizing events
