What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the sales process from pursuit to closure, utilizing deep expertise in sales offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and buyers at client organizations
- Resolve and escalate key client issues, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
- Build a sales pipeline by originating opportunities and submitting binding bids
- Participate in the origination and sale of deals typically exceeding $10M across multiple service groups

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of sales/sales support experience in professional services, consulting, or BPO deals in relevant areas
- Minimum of 6 years of Sales Pursuit Management experience
- Minimum of 6 years of client relationship and/or delivery experience
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a large, matrixed company environment
- Proven track record of building relationships at the C-Level
- Industry experience in products, resources, insurance, or banking/capital markets
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills in professional settings
