What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute all work safely, adhering to pertinent rules and regulations
- Collaborate directly with Sales on customer paper machine outages, including fabric and roll inspections
- Perform required fabric and roll dynamic testing, such as wet-end drainage and press nip analysis
- Utilize SalesForce to identify and manage new fabric and roll opportunities
- Participate in customer sales and technical review meetings alongside the Sales Team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current Engineering student, preferably in a co-op program
- Availability for the co-op timeframe from May ‘25 – August ‘25 and January ’26 – May ‘26
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to travel as required for customer visits and inspections
- Proficiency in using SalesForce or similar CRM software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience or internships in a technical or engineering role
- Knowledge of fabric and roll dynamic testing methodologies
- Familiarity with the paper manufacturing industry
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with Sales and customers
