What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in a training program on sales administration and customer operations
- Accompany Regional Sales Managers on customer visits to understand sales processes
- Engage in customer service visits and equipment startups at mill sites
- Assist in acquiring new business and maintaining existing customer accounts
- Provide administrative support to the sales and engineering teams as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Must reside in the North-Central U.S. (preferably Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or Illinois)
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time on a weekly basis
- Basic understanding of business and maintenance practices
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

- Previous experience in the paper industry
- Comfort with hands-on work and using tools during customer support visits
