      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct commission plan administration activities, including setup, management of payment cycles, and distribution of reports
      - Track and report on key metrics to assess the efficiency of commission plans and identify improvement opportunities
      - Collaborate with IT, commissions vendor, and sales to enhance commission processing
      - Communicate effectively with the sales team to clarify how commission plans operate
      - Research and resolve queries regarding commission pay and target attainment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - 3-5 years of related experience
      - Hands-on experience with sales incentive compensation management systems (e.g., Xactly)
      - Proficiency in BI and reporting tools, such as Oracle and Qlikview
      - Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting sales incentive compensation for a large organization
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect problems and propose solutions
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, HR, and finance teams
