- Preparing upload files for monthly commissions (csv/xlsx) from multiple sources
- Running the monthly commission process
- Adding manual credit/commission adjustments
- Verifying data loads from Salesforce and spot-checking calculations
- Downloading credit/commission data for analytics and payroll
- Setting up new users
- Troubleshooting issues as needed
- Administer guarantee, commission bonus, and SPIFF payouts
- Prepare monthly commission statements and distribute to appropriate team members
- Prepare Monthly Sales Ranking analysis and provide to Sales Management
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects and requests from various business leaders
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- 2 years of experience with Xactly Incent, including running hold and release processes
- Advanced level Excel skills
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is critical
- Bachelor's degree required
- The ideal candidate will be curious, creative, self-motivated, process oriented, with demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be comfortable, capable, and excited at the prospect of combining several large data sets and working outside of Excel's limitations to produce concise insightful analyses.
- Must be experienced using Xactly Incent, including uploading and downloading files, running monthly commission processes, verifying results, and troubleshooting issues.
- This role will be fully engaged in measuring our commission operations efforts, so you should be familiar with the aspects and context of paying variable incentive compensation, Ordering, and Sales Crediting.

Job SummaryReporting to the Sales Compensation Manager, the Sales Compensation Analyst will assist with a variety of tasks, particularly pertaining to calculating Sales Commissions and providing Monthly Commission Statements to the Sales Team members currently on a Sales Compensation Plan. Day-to-day responsibilities will include using the Xactly Incent commission tool, calculating commissions in Excel, reviewing the Sales Team's bookings to ensure they are commissionable, reviewing monthly invoicing and billing details from several sources, and responding to queries from team members and sales team leadership. The Sales Compensation Analyst will use their strong Xactly and Excel knowledge to work as a liaison with sales, human resources, sales operations, finance, and operations to assist with various reporting and strategic initiatives.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located in the US only.
This a temporary position, starting beginning of June and ending at the beginning of November.
Compensation: $36 to $41/hr
