      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize Xactly Incent to prepare upload files for monthly commissions from various sources
      - Administer guarantee, commission bonus, and SPIFF payouts while preparing monthly commission statements
      - Validate data loads from Salesforce and perform spot-checks on calculations
      - Assist with monthly Sales Ranking analysis and provide insights to Sales Management
      - Collaborate with sales, human resources, sales operations, finance, and operations for various reports and initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
      - At least 2 years of experience with Xactly Incent, including managing hold and release processes
      - Advanced Excel skills are essential
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce is a plus
      - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Curiosity and creativity in analyzing large data sets for insightful analysis
      - Proven ability to adapt and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
