What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development and administration of sales compensation and commission plans
- Process commission changes, prepare compensation statements, and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor incentive and commission payout processes to ensure timely and correct payments
- Serve as a liaison to resolve inquiries related to sales compensation and commissions
- Contribute to data collection and analysis for reporting on commissions and bonuses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent military experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel and capable of learning additional analytical tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales compensation and commission program administration
- Familiarity with sales compensation management software
- Knowledge of SQL, SharePoint, and Salesforce
- Experience with data visualization tools and development
- Understanding of financial concepts and ability to interpret financial data
